Service Resolution Process

Initial Contact:

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. Clear communication is key to resolving any issues promptly.


Assessment

We will thoroughly assess the situation, taking into account the specifics of your service agreement, the nature of the problem, and any applicable warranties.


Resolution Options

Our goal is to find a solution that meets your needs and aligns with our commitment to quality service. Potential options may include:


Corrective Action 

We will make every effort to correct any errors or deficiencies in our workmanship.


Service Credit 

In some cases, we may offer a credit towards future services.


Parts Warranty

Any parts provided will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.


Pro-rated Adjustments 

If a service does not fully meet the agreed-upon terms, a pro-rated adjustment may be considered.


Exclusions

Please note that we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, issues arising from improper use or maintenance, or damage caused by external factors. Labor costs are generally not refundable but may be adjusted based on specific circumstances.


Documentation

Please retain all service agreements, invoices, and communication records, as they will be helpful in resolving any issues.
